My Order

I have just placed my order and I need to change it
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been packaged and sent we will do our best to make an amendment.

I have not received a confirmation Email
Our order confirmation emails are automatically generated. If you have not received your email there maybe a mistake with your email address. Email us on orders@oliveandme.co.uk and we will be happy to.help.

How do I know if you have received my return?
We will email you once we have received your return and then process the refund.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days and then sent by 1st class Royal Mail. Therefore your order should take no longer than 5 working days. Subject to Royal Mail strikes.

How do I pay for my order?
Our payments are managed by PayPal. We do not store any of your card details. If you have a PayPal account you can pay with this or checkout using a credit or debit card.

An Item says out of stock
Please email us if there is an item you would like to purchase and it says out of stock. We can let you know if we are getting it back in and if so when.

E-Gift Vouchers
Our e-gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Checkout at www.oliveandme.co.uk.
E-gift vouchers can also be used in the Reigate Pop-up store to purchase Olive & Me products in-store and is at the discretion of the sales person in-store at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be offered to remaining amounts on the gift voucher after purchase.
